These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between SpinSini (hereinafter referred to as "SpinSini", "we", "us", or "our") and you, the individual accessing or using the SpinSini platform at https://spinsini.cam (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Website", or "Service"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

SpinSini operates as an online casino, live dealer gaming, and sports betting platform designed primarily for the Malaysian market. All services are offered in the English language and all financial transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) where applicable. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the SpinSini Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real funds and eligible bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in MYR.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User's Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified at the time of the promotion.

• "User", "Player", or "You" means any natural person who has registered an Account on the Platform and is utilising the Services offered thereon.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a User using real funds or eligible Bonus Funds via the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures undertaken to confirm a User's identity, age, and eligibility to use the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or SpinSini's operational policies.

Access to and use of the SpinSini Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that, at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you access the Platform, all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. SpinSini does not permit the use of the Platform by any individual under 21 years of age, irrespective of the age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling activities in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You are not a national or resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by SpinSini's operational policies.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of SpinSini, nor are you an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the SpinSini Platform through a self-exclusion request or administrative action taken by SpinSini.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from any impairment that would affect your ability to make informed decisions with respect to gambling.

4.1 Account Registration

To access the full range of SpinSini's Services, you must register a single Account on the Platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. SpinSini reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purposes of KYC verification.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the SpinSini Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. SpinSini employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, SpinSini reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. SpinSini recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials shall be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have promptly notified SpinSini of unauthorised access.

4.4 KYC Verification

SpinSini operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in line with applicable international regulatory standards. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the required documentation is provided.

By accessing the SpinSini Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, as well as the forfeiture of any funds held therein:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access control, or technical restriction implemented on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to access, play, or interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by SpinSini.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, wager, or promotion offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system misconfiguration in a manner that confers an undue advantage. SpinSini reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors.
• Engaging in any form of aggressive bonus abuse, including the deliberate manipulation of wagering requirements through low-risk hedging strategies.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to SpinSini at any point, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

SpinSini supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). All fiat transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

6.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. SpinSini does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. SpinSini aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes on average, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending wagering requirements associated with active Bonus Funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified bank account in the User's name.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

SpinSini is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. SpinSini reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for any deposit and to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect illicit activity. All suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with SpinSini's AML obligations.

SpinSini offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback incentives, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The general principles applicable to all SpinSini promotions are as follows:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your Account and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• SpinSini reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice, except where such modification would disadvantage Users who have already accepted the relevant promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• SpinSini reserves the right to withhold bonus-derived winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or utilised fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

All games and betting markets available on the SpinSini Platform are governed by specific game rules in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a particular game or market, the specific game or market rules shall prevail in respect of that particular game or market.

8.1 Sports Betting

SpinSini offers sports betting markets covering a wide range of local and international sporting events, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other events. Odds are displayed and settled in decimal format. SpinSini reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently where a market has been affected by an error, a data feed failure, or circumstances beyond SpinSini's reasonable control.

8.2 Casino Games & RNG

All random number generator (RNG) games available on the Platform — including slots, table games, and virtual sports — use certified RNG software that has been independently audited for fairness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to individual games are disclosed within the relevant game information panels.

8.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are provided by third-party software providers operating under their own licences and regulatory frameworks. SpinSini does not control the physical dealing environment in live games; however, it holds its software providers to stringent standards of fairness, security, and operational integrity.

SpinSini is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All content on the SpinSini Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of SpinSini or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The SpinSini name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of SpinSini.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of SpinSini.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpinSini and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services offered thereon.

SpinSini does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. SpinSini's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your registered Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit SpinSini's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

SpinSini reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable platform policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or any form of cheating or abuse.
• Non-compliance with KYC or anti-money laundering requirements.
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandating the suspension or closure of an Account.

Upon account closure for breach, SpinSini reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real money balances will be returned to the User via the original payment method, less any amounts owed to SpinSini, subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding fraud investigation.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting SpinSini's customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining real money balance will be returned to you following verification.

SpinSini reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, SpinSini will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect. Material amendments shall take effect no earlier than fourteen (14) days after the notification date, except where a more immediate change is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
